WebVery bad experience with ShuttleDirect. Customer service was snappy and annoyed over the phone. Booked a shuttle, 1 week later it was cancelled due to “unavailability”. Checked their website, the same shuttle was their on the same dates, 3 times as expensive. Tried emailing them, wondering why this has happened, no reply.
