WebOct 3, 2013 · The subwatershed has only a 19% forest cover - the average in the Nottawasaga Valley watershed is 32.6% - and Innisfil Creek continues to lose its forests to development. Between 2002 and 2008, another 34 hectares of treed cover were lost.
