In Coordinate System, click the ellipsis button. The Coordinate System dialog opens. Expand Library Projected (northing, easting). Select the appropriate system. Click Ok. Enter an elevation offset, if needed. Select the coordinate units, meters or feet. Go to the POINT tab.
