WebTroubleshooting says it’s an issue with the camera and to reboot the vacuum. I’ve tried this and reached out to support with no luck. I’ve also tried factory resetting the vacuum with no luck. Customer supports suggestion is trade it in for a $100 credit since it’s 6 months past the warranty lol.

The good thing was the carpets were really clean but would take all day. I even did training runs that didn't fix it.
