Now I've reached Vault City, and I've grown tired of him. I like Sulik, but I'd like to have Cassidy as my other companion (since my charisma only makes me able to have two companions). Victor is not usually present in the shack, instead rolling around the town of Goodsprings. When Victor leaves for the New Vegas Strip, an inactive "Victor" is found in front of the shack. WebVic is great with Gauss rifle or if high enough level he can start using energy weapons like alien blaster/pulse pistol, if you have Restoration mod with animation to show companions in armour, it actually gives him frames to use energy rifles as well when he wears power armour.
