Crysis 3 was crashing to windows on the final level, could not fix it. Updated my cpu from dual core i3 to quad core i5, problem fixed!! no more crashing. I think the Cry Engine is optimized for quad core, try and limit dual core to single core or upgrade to quad core cpu, though this might be an over the top fix.
