WebDec 7, 2024 · A crossover should have the same characteristics in the low and high-pass sections. You should use the same frequency and the same slope. In other words it should be symmetrical. In your case you have control on the low-pass filter via the SVS app but have no control for the Q150s.
WebDec 22, 2011 · The sub will roll off quicker with the 24db slope. If you cross it at 80hz, for example, with the 24db slope it will be quieter at 90hz than it would be with the 12db slope. If you want the sub to roll off very quickly then you want the steeper slope. It just depends on what you prefer.
